Issue: My server has no internet connection. How do I register the software?
Solution: When registering the new company, the license key and activation code need to be added. The activation code needs to be requested via a link and is only possible if the server has Internet connection. If the server doesn't have Internet connection, log onto the RMS application via a PC on the same network as the RMS server and Internet. Request the activation code from the PC that has Internet access, then copy/paste the activation code to the server.
